Carbon Core Arrows supplies archery arrows and components. These terms apply to purchases from our online store. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where applicable.

Products and safe use

Check the selected product, quantity, spine, length and other specifications before ordering. Products must match their description and the configuration agreed with you. Use archery equipment lawfully and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions. Inspect arrows before every use and never shoot a damaged arrow.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are in South African rand (ZAR), including VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you complete checkout. Payment options are those displayed at checkout. You can review and correct your order before payment. We will email your order details. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund; we will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Delivery

For South African orders, PostNet-to-PostNet delivery costs R110 below R1,200 and is free for orders of R1,200 or more. The estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Courier Guy Economy to main centres is R160, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Custom preparation time is additional and will be communicated. See our Shipping Policy and the options available at checkout. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will notify you and respect your statutory cancellation and refund rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact Stephan through our Contact Us page with your order number to cancel or request a return. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains online cooling-off rights, our 14-day voluntary returns, custom-order exceptions and remedies for defective goods. These rights apply even to sale items where the law requires.

Privacy and payment information

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Use the secure payment options at checkout; do not send card details by email or through our contact form.

Website content and responsibility

Our branding and original website content may not be reused commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for defective or unsafe products, gross negligence or fraud.

Contact Stephan via our Contact Us page for product questions, cancellations, returns or complaints. We will work with you to resolve the matter. You retain the right to approach an applicable consumer ombud, the National Consumer Commission or a competent court.

Applicable law and changes

South African law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. The terms in force when your order was placed apply to that order. Future updates will be dated on this page.
