Order preparation
Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Prefletched arrows are made to order, assembled and inspected before dispatch. Delivery transit time is additional.
Delivery within South Africa
- PostNet to PostNet: R110 for orders below R1,200. Free for orders of R1,200 or more. Estimated transit time: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- The Courier Guy Economy, door to door in main centres: R160. Estimated transit time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
The free-delivery offer applies to PostNet-to-PostNet delivery. The methods available for your address and final delivery charge are shown at checkout. Please tell us your preferred receiving PostNet branch through our Contact Us page, quoting your order number.
Transit times are estimates. Outlying areas, public holidays and courier delays may take longer. We will contact you if arrangements need to change.
International orders
Where international delivery is offered, the available rate is shown at checkout. Please contact us to confirm service availability and expected transit time before ordering.
Tracking and delivery issues
We send tracking details when your order is dispatched. Please check your delivery details carefully. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact Stephan through our Contact Us page with your order number so we can help resolve it.
