Arrow length is measured from the throat of the nock to the end of the shaft. We make the African Bowhunter 5mm in .200 to .600 and the Stalker 6.2mm in .250 to .800. Every bow is different, so treat this as a starting point. Not sure? Ask us and we'll help you pick.

What is arrow spine?

Spine is how much an arrow shaft bends. A lower number (like .300) is stiffer and a higher number (like .500) is weaker. The right spine depends on your draw weight, your arrow length and how much weight you put up front.

Why it matters

An arrow that's too stiff or too weak for your bow won't fly straight, and broadheads make that worse. The right spine gives you tighter groups and better penetration.
